Kedren Health Center sponsored a Masterclass event at the end of last month on Saturday, August 29th at the Guelaguetza Restaurant in Los Angeles, California. The event had a wonderful turnout and brought individuals from all over southern California to see Patty Rodriguez speak. Patty is a Los Angeles native and has truly transformed her life from humble beginnings to a now very successful career in media and entrepreneurship. She is happily living in Hollywood, working as senior producer on one of the country’s top radio shows, On Air with Ryan, and is the CEO and founder of the jewelry company, Mala. Her line is favorited by some of Hollywood’s biggest names like Rihanna and Miley Cyrus. Kedren Health Center is a dedicated care service facility that looks to provide culturally competent care services to the residents of Service Area Six and the surrounding communities. The organization strives to provide the best in education, physical health, and mental health to the communities they work with while enriching their lives with opportunities to hear success stories from former community members. The residents of these areas face many challenges when it comes to finding healthcare providers. Kedren Health Center makes themselves accessible to the community by tailoring their facility and services to meet the racial, ethnic, cultural and linguistic needs of the residents. Their mission is to help individuals make positive key life choices while helping to manage their physical and mental health so that they may lead productive lives with their families.
Patty Rodriguez is one of those success stories coming out of Service Area Six. She has always been very proud of where she came from and loves giving back to her community.
